Caroline Cosgrove established Baby Concierge in 2002. Baby Concierge is a personal baby shopping service that helps parents-to-be select and source everything they need for a newborn baby. Despite the specialist service you will receive, products are no more expensive than a John Lewis store and there is no limit to what they can and will source for you. The showroom is packed full of the products they particularly rate, but as independent nursery advisors, they are not confined by ‘stock items.’ Simply put, there is nothing they cannot source for you, and what’s more, appointments can be conducted in a choice of languages!

Whether you need absolutely everything, or just the odd item, or even a gift, it is worth giving them a call. Doors are open Monday to Friday 10am – 5.30pm and by appointment weekends and evenings. As Managing Director, Caroline has tested hundreds of baby products and has advised equally large numbers of parents-to-be on what to buy for their baby. Caroline is also co founder of www.babyfy.com, a resource website soon to be live that will profile every baby product on the market as well as every hospital / birth unit, once again helping parents to be on a larger scale to make informed choices.
